The Texas Society of American Foresters (TSAF) is one of 33 state and multi-state societies that make up the Society of American Foresters, an organization of professional foresters dedicated to the advancement of the science and practice of forestry.

• Our Bylaws needed extensive updates to reflect the way we run our organization nowdays. We outlined the proposed changes at the recent annual meeting and a straw poll revealed unanimous approval. However, we did not have a quorum for an actual vote so we have called this email vote. We would like you to read the TSAF Bylaw Final Draft document and vote for Approval of the proposed Bylaws or Disapproval of the proposed Bylaws. Voting will close on May 31, 2009.
